Scope and Contents
This series contains newspaper clippings, news briefs, postcards, and other materials relating to the history of Dr. Carruthers' aeronautical collections and of the Institute of Aeronautical History. The series includes materials from exhibitions at the University of Southern California in 1933, at the Pasadena Transportation Fair in 1952, and at the Claremont Colleges circa 1982. The series also includes letterheads of the Brookins Lahm Wright Aeronautical Foundation and of the Alberto Santos-Dumont Aeronautical Foundation.
