This series contains records, correspondence, newspaper clippings and pamphlets pertaining to different topics. Some items highlight Arthur Dole's involvement in community organizations such as the California Junior Republic, Pomona Pilgrim Congregational Church, and the founding of the Pomona Public Library. There are also programs and correspondence from several fraternal or masonic organizations including the Order of the Red Cross of Constantine, Free Masons, Knights Templar, and the Al Malaikah Temple. This series contains correspondence with newspapers and magazines, the bulk of which involves Harry Carr. There are also pamphlets regarding California or specific cities such as Pomona, some of which date back as early as the 1880s.

This series is arranged alphabetically by folder title.
