Biography of Carlton Seaver
A group of 8 documents relating to the land holdings of Carlton Seaver, president of the First National Bank of Pomona, which cover a period of from 1881 to 1907. These consist of indentures, quit of claims and an abstract of title, having to do with water rights and the right to lay pipe along Alexander, Avenue opposite land belonging to Pomona College. Included also is a small group of ephemera related to his father's travels.
