Scope and Contents note From the Series: Marjorie Rankin Steurt was born October 8, 1888 in Penfield, Pennsylvania. She finished her B.A. at Mount Holyoke and an M.A. and Ph.D. in educational psychology and counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University.In 1912 Mrs. Steurt arrived in China as a missionary, sponsored by the Presbyterian Mission Board.
