Scope and Contents From the Sub-Series: This subseries consists of nine items of a miscellaneous nature. The earliest is an 1895 Congressional report on the practicality of commercial aviation. Seven items, published in the 1930's and 1940's, were printed in pocket book format, for use by aviators "in the field".
