The CGU History 304/Introduction to Oral History Methodology course trains graduate students in both the theoretical and practical aspects of conducting oral histories. For Spring 2018, the theme for the course was “Women of Color in Southern California.” Students interviewed women of color from a wide range of backgrounds, including academics, students, and professionals.
All abstracts were written by the interviewer.

Diedra Greenaway was born and raised in Los Angeles. Diedra earned her BA in Sociology and a post-graduate certification in Gerontology from California State University, Northridge. She also earned a graduate degree in Science and Healthcare Administration and an MBA from the University of Maryland. Diedra is presently employed as a student advisor at California State University, Northridge.
