Abstract
The Commission for Relief in Belgium began in 1914 after World War I began. United States President Herbert Hoover supported the Commission. After the War the Belgian American Educational Foundation took over the Commission for Belgian Relief in 1920. This collection comprises serials from the Belgian American Educational Foundation from 1919-1928.
